Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an OR Registered Nurse to provide perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment. You will scrub and circulate, support surgical teams, ensure patient safety, and manage pre-op and intra-op care.

The role requires 1+ year OR RN experience, active RN license, and RN Diploma, with BLS within 30 days. Excellent collaboration with surgeons and cross-disciplinary teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year recent OR RN experience (scrub/circulate required).
• Active RN license.
• RN Diploma required.
• BLS within 30 days.
• Comfortable working in high-acuity surgical settings.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate in the operating room.
• Perform pre-op assessments and patient education.
• Administer IV therapy and pre-op medications.
• Verify surgical site and participate in time-out, briefing, and debriefing.
• Respond to surgical emergencies.
• Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient monitoring.
