Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for Kansas City, Missouri, to support perioperative care in a high‑stakes environment. You’ll partner with surgeons and a surgical team to ensure patient safety and smooth workflow throughout the perioperative journey.

The role requires 1+ year OR experience (scrub/circulating), active RN license, and BLS. Day or night shifts available with competitive pay and a $20K sign‑on bonus plus relocation support.
