Job summary

Duly Health Westmont is seeking an OR RN to join the team at Westmont ASC. Great benefits and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Salary ranges from $36.00 to $52.00 per hour based on experience. Typical shifts are 0630-1500.

The role focuses on delivering care across preop, intraop, and postop phases, with emphasis on accurate documentation and adherence to policies. An RN license and current certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Minimum one year in the OR; scrub and circulate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process in preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases.
• Ensure proper preoperative communication and handoffs.
• Document surgical case details and verify patient identification and site per policy.
• Maintain compliance with Nursing standards and department procedures.
