Responsibilities include providing perioperative patient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases, with a focus on safety, documentation, and collaboration with the surgical team. Requires RN license and BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care through the nursing process in preoperative, interoperative and postoperative phases.
• Performs assessments, plans, implements and evaluates care tailored to patient/family needs.
• Documents care accurately and communicates with the team to ensure continuity of care.
