Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Hyannis, MA. The nurse will scrub and/or circulate for operative procedures and assist with admissions to the operative suite, reporting to the Nurse Manager and supervision by the on-site RN.

Requirements include an active RN license in the practicing state, a BLS card, and current health documentation. Travel benefits and weekly pay are provided, with standard 40-hour work weeks.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where they practice.
• Documentation of one year OR experience in an acute care hospital within the last three years preferred.
• Current BLS card.
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and/or circulate during operative procedures.
• Assist with department admissions to the operative suite.
• Supervision by the on-site RN and reporting to the Nurse Manager.

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room Nurse responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures; department admissions to the operative suite. He/She is responsible to the Nurse Manager and is directly supervised by the RN in the operating rooms to which he/she is assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state in which he/she practices

• Documentation and confirmation of one year of operating room clinical experience in an acute care hospital within the last three years preferred

• Current BLS card.

• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)

• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
