Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license to practice nursing in the state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases.
• Communicate patient status to surgical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain sterile technique and asepsis throughout procedures.
• Document nursing actions accurately in patient records.
• Assist with patient identification, site marking and safety protocols.
