Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse- OR PRN to support perioperative care across preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases. The role requires a current RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certification and at least two years of OR experience, with scrub and circulator duties preferred.

Salary is offered at $40.00 - $52.00 per hour based on skill and experience; benefits include a 401(k) plan and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN licensure.
• Maintain BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Minimum two years of OR experience; scrub and circulate preferred.
• Adhere to nursing standards, patient rights and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process in preop, intraop and postop phases.
• Assess, diagnose and plan patient outcomes and care plans.
• Document and report patient information to the care team.
• Maintain aseptic technique and ensure patient and staff safety.
• Respond to emergencies and follow legal and ethical nursing guidelines.
