Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our surgical team for a 12-week travel assignment in Harlingen, TX. The RN will deliver perioperative care across pre-, intra-, and post-anesthesia phases, circulating or scrubbing as needed, and ensuring patient safety.

Required are an active state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certs with at least one year of perioperative experience. EMR documentation and sterile technique are essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• PALS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative care across pre-op, intra-op, and post-anesthesia phases
• Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures
• Monitor patient status and support safe surgical outcomes
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams
• Maintain sterile technique and complete EMR documentation

Salary Range: $1,351.80 – $1,980 weekly gross pay, equivalent to $37.55 – $55 per hour.

Assignment length: 12 weeks

Shifts Available: Full Time -Days

Location: Harlingen, TX

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $37.55 to $55.00 per hour. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
