Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic procedures in alignment with established standards. You will provide patient services across all age groups and support advanced imaging like fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures.

The role requires graduation from an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited training, plus ARRT and BCLS Certifications upon hire, and a minimum two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• 2 years experience in radiologic technology required.
• ARRT registration required upon hire.
• BCLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
• Provides patient care to neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric age Groups.
• Demonstrates ability to perform advanced diagnostic imaging including fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures.
• Delivers more complex technical care to meet identified patient needs.

Responsibilities:

Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advance diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures). Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
