US Fertility is seeking an OR/PACU RN for a part-time role in Rockville, MD, with shifts every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position offers hourly compensation between $38 and $46, commensurate with experience, and a chance to grow within a nationally recognized fertility care network.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, current BLS/ACLS, and PACU/OR experience. Applicants should be able to work independently, perform preoperative assessments, administer medications,

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an OR/PACU RN to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Rockville, Maryland.

• Schedule: Every Monday and Wednesday between 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Compensation:$38 to $46 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the OR/PACU RNwill:

• Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems, formulate patient care plans
• Perform initial preoperative assessment, develops a plan of care, and explains the subsequent phases of surgery
• Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members
• Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation
• Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• Active RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• 2 to 3 years clinical experience in Operating/Procedure Room or PACU experience strongly preferred
• Strong technical and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgmentAbility to communicate accurately and concisely
