US Fertility in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking an OR/PACU RN (Part-Time) to support perioperative care in our surgical suite. Join a team of dedicated professionals delivering high-quality patient care and compassionate service.

You will hold an active RN license with BLS/ACLS, 2–3 years PACU/operating room experience, and be adept at assessment, planning, and communication. We offer competitive benefits, tuition support, a 401(k), and a fertility discount program.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years clinical experience in Operating/Procedure Room or PACU preferred.
• Strong technical and clinical assessment skills.

• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient care problems and formulate care plans.

• Administer medications by IV and other routes as directed.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an OR/PACU RN (Part-Time) to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Fairfax, Virginia.

• Schedule: Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday; 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM; with 1 to 2 holidays per year

In this role, the OR/PACU RN will:

• Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems, formulate patient care plans
• Perform initial preoperative assessment, develop a plan of care, and explain the subsequent phases of surgery
• Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members
• Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation
• Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed

Qualifications and Skills Include

• Active RN license
