US Fertility in Rockville, Maryland, seeks an OR/PACU RN to join our team. The role offers a schedule of every other Sunday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with compensation ranging from $38 to $46 per hour based on experience.

This is a full-time opportunity within a nationally recognized fertility network that values patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license with BLS/ACLS, 2–3 years of PACU/OR experience, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Active RN license required for practice in Maryland.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• 2–3 years in Operating/Procedure Room or PACU strongly preferred.
• Proven strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with computers and patient data entry.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial preoperative assessments and plan patient care.
• Develop care plans and explain surgery steps to patients.
• Provide comfort and psychological support to patient and family.
• Care for patients under various anesthesia or sedation.
• Administer medications via IV and other routes as directed.
