Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 2–3 years PACU/OR experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems and plan care.
• Perform preoperative assessment and develop plan of care for the surgical process.
• Provide comfort measures and support to patients and families.
• Demonstrate proficiency with anesthesia types and conscious sedation.
• Administer medications by IV and other routes as directed.
• Provide patient education.
