This is a PRN assignment shared between PCH and NLH, with days shift 0730-1600 and rotating weekends, at the Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport, OR.

We require an Oregon-licensed Occupational Therapist with current BLS certification; this role focuses on outpatient, therapist-driven treatment times within a community hospital

Job description

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Rehabilitation teams at Samaritan evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in self-care, physical mobility or functional independence. Our acute services are centered out of the Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital, a community-based 25-bed critical access hospital. All outpatient services are one-on-one and feature therapist driven treatment times. NOTE: This assignment is to be shared between PCH and NLH, prn. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license required. Healthcare Provider BLS required.

Shift: Days (0730-1600) rotating weekends
