Adventist Health Portland in Portland, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist to design and implement treatment programs aimed at restoring physical, social and mental functions, working within an interdisciplinary team.
The role requires a Master’s degree in OT or an OTD, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification; two years’ OT experience is preferred. You will perform evaluations, develop care plans, document thoroughly, and supervise assistants.
