Qualifications

• Must have previous work experience as a circulating OR RN and leadership experience (Supervisor and above).
• Experience in main operating room is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit(s) in Surgical Services.
• Develop and manage staffing plans for appropriate coverage.
• Ensure staff have access to equipment, supplies, and resources.
• Promote compliance with established nursing standards of care.
• Foster a culture focused on patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Monitor care processes including bed placement, transfers, room cleaning, and discharge.
