U.S. Urology Partners seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive perioperative care in a high‑volume surgical setting. You will coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support teams to ensure safe patient journeys before, during, and after procedures.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, an active NJ RN license, and BLS certification; BSN is preferred and ACLS is a plus. Prior OR/Urology scrub experience is favored.

Qualifications

• Association's Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Active New Jersey RN license (unrestricted).
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide total perioperative nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, anesthesia providers, and departments for coordinated care.
• Communicate changes in patient condition and discharge needs to the team.
• Monitor anesthesia-related responsibilities and patient safety.
• Respond to emergencies with sound clinical judgment.
