Job summary

West Boca Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to provide high-quality, safe nursing care in the operating room. You will coordinate multidisciplinary care and act as the circulating nurse during general surgeries, assisting anesthesiologists and surgeons as needed.

Requirements include a current Florida RN license, BLS, and ideally ACLS/PALS. BSN preferred; CNOR recommended. Join a facility committed to excellent patient outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Two years OR experience in general surgery.
• Current Florida RN License.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS/PALS recommended.
• Ability to take call.
• CNOR recommended.
• Understanding of AORN standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe nursing care.
• Coordinate and direct multidisciplinary patient care.
• Circulating nurse during general surgeries.
• Assist anesthesiologists and surgeons as needed.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
