Qualifications

• Two years of RN nursing experience relevant to the unit.
• Leadership/mentoring and staff guidance responsibilities for a work group.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day patient care operations for the designated OR units.
• Partner with colleagues to act as a clinical expert and mentor.
• Provide guidance and assist staff on non-routine issues and escalations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions when required.
