Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the OR suites including Surg Onc, Plastics, Head & Neck, URO, GYN and Eyes. This role sits on the leadership team, supervising day-to-day patient care operations and mentoring staff while coordinating priorities for the work group.
The position requires RN licensure in Nebraska or a compact state, a BSN, and strong leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills to guide teams in complex clinical settings.

Nurse Supervisor - OR - Surg Onc/Plastics/Head & Neck/URO/GYN/Eyes. Serve on the leadership team as a shift supervisor for the designated operation by overseeing all aspects of day-to-day patient care operations. Partner closely with colleagues to serve as a clinical expert, regularly model/mentor and train colleagues on technical skills, make decisions regarding daily priorities for the work group, provide guidance to and/or assist staff on non-routine or escalated issues and complete performance appraisals and/or disciplinary actions.
