IU Health in Indiana is seeking an RN with 1+ year of OR experience for a Full-Time Nights role with a Special Weekend Option and premium pay. The position supports the OR Fellowship Program to scrub and circulate under OR Educators and preceptors, developing perioperative skills and professional growth.

Qualifications include an Indiana RN license, ASN, and BSN preferred. Weekend hours require living within 45 minutes of Methodist Hospital and on-call duties apply.

Qualificações

• Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• RN with 1+ year of OR RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide perioperative nursing in the OR.
• Learn to scrub and circulate during OR fellowship and orientate during Day shift when applicable.
• Support bi-weekly orientations for OR staff and participate in unit committees.
