Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a high functioning team and directs staffing for the unit 24/7.
• Manages personnel including interviewing, orientation, training and performance evaluation.
• Plans and directs patient care delivery in the unit in accordance with standards.
• Oversees departmental scope of services and care development.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures for the nursing specialty.
• Directs continuous quality improvement activities for patient care.
