Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of board approved RN program with 750 clock hours of clinical experience and direct supervision.
• High School Diploma OR General Education Diploma (GED) required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Kaiser Permanente quality, safety, and emergency policies and procedures.
• Medication administration with 5 rights and 3 checks; ensure patient safety.
• Evaluate health status and collect data to plan care.
• Triages patients and coordinates with providers; follow established protocols.
