• Administer medications with 5 rights and 3 checks; ensure patient safety.
• Evaluate health data and plan nursing actions accordingly.
• Triage patients in person or via telephone and follow established protocols.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with the health care team; act as patient advocate.
• Provide health teaching and counseling to patients and families.
