St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a Nurse Informaticist to join our team. The role leverages the nursing process, critical thinking, and analytics to facilitate adoption of clinical information systems that enhance patient and clinician experience.

The candidate will serve as the primary liaison among clinical care teams, operations, IT, and other departments to optimize workflows and technology solutions. A BSN and MO RN licensure are required, with 3–5 years of OR nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN degree is required.
• Current Missouri RN licensure is required.
• 3-5 years of OR nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between clinical care teams, operations, information services, and other specialties to optimize solutions.
• Identify and facilitate adoption of clinical information systems and technologies that improve patient, family, and clinician experience.
• Support change management strategies to implement clinical IT effectively.
