Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is seeking Registered Nurses for Operating Room positions with Full-Time status. Opportunities include Evening shifts (11a-9:30p) or (9a-9:30p with call). Eligible candidates with 2+ years RN experience may qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) at time of hire.
• Active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• ACLS within start date; NRP for Women’s Center; NIH within 90 days; PALS/CPI within 90 days.
• PACU: PALS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and philosophy.
• OR Circulator: 1+ year hospital-based OR experience; training path for RNs.
• Leads and supports the healthcare team; demonstrates Service Excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills required.
• Other duties as assigned.
