Job summary
Clinical Management Consultants in Eastern Oregon is seeking an experienced Operating Room Clinical Educator to shape education for a perioperative team in a full-time daytime role. You will develop and deliver education, evaluate staff competencies, and lead simulation training with mannequins and software, collaborating with quality management to improve patient outcomes.
This position offers a stable schedule Monday through Friday with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of hospital nursing experience with OR exposure.
- BSN and Oregon RN license are required.
- CNOR, ACLS, PALS, and CPR certifications are required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver OR clinical education programs.
- Partner with department managers and nurse coordinators to identify learning needs.
- Support quality improvement and ongoing professional development.
- Evaluate staff competencies and learning outcomes.
- Create meaningful education programs and use simulation training to enhance skills.
- Collaborate with Quality Management to strengthen clinical practices and patient outcomes.
