Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the operating room at Abington Memorial Hospital. The role requires circulating and scrubbing experience, 4 ten-hour shifts, and a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to perioperative care.

Responsibilities include collaboration with patients, families, and inter-professional teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality outcomes. Active PA RN license and specialized nursing diploma are required, with BSN preferred.

Competenze

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with specialized diploma.
Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
Cultural awareness and patient/family-centered care knowledge.
Effective communication and ability to engage patients and families.
Knowledge of discharge planning and patient education.
