Jefferson Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the operating room in Abington, PA. Full-time day shift with four 10-hour shifts available. Prior operating room experience, circulating and scrubbing preferred.

The RN will develop individualized care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, educate patients and families, and uphold patient-centered care within a diverse setting. Active PA RN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Cultural awareness and patient-centered care knowledge.
• BLS - Basic Life Support and RN license in PA.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process while addressing physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and education for patients and families.
