Qualifikationen

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and the ability to collaborate with patients and families.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Effective communication concepts and skills with patients and families.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care, and treatment planning.
• Ability to educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
• Knowledge of medication administration and prescribing within scope.
• Discharge planning and coordinating follow-up care.
• Clinical judgment and documentation of health information.
• BLS (AHA) certification; RN license in PA.
