Schedule & Specialties: We are open Tuesday-Friday. No Holidays! No Weekends! Our specialties include: cataracts, ENT, podiatry, orthopedics, plastics, oculoplastics, and colorectal.

Job Summary

The Nurse Circulator assists in providing nursing care to patients in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting. They assume responsibility for patient care according to physician's orders and center policies. During surgeries, the circulator acts as an intermediary between the operating room staff and the rest of the surgical center.

Responsibilities

1. Perform circulating functions including monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care before, during, and after procedures.
2. Prepare operating rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
3. Position patients and ensure their safety throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of one year experience in the OR; ability to scrub as well as circulate preferred.
