Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a PRN Multimodality Technologist to perform imaging across two or more modalities, with emphasis on CT, MR, Nuc Med, or IR. Responsibility includes working with ambulatory and hospital patients under physician direction to diagnose disease or injury.

The role requires ARRT registrations (R and CT) and OR imaging experience, with strong attention to safety, documentation, and patient communication. This position supports flexible coverage in the operating suite.

Qualifications

• ARRT R and CT registries required.
• OR experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic program.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality multimodality procedures per exam protocol.
• Monitor and manage radiation dose; take action if dose exceeds limits.
• Utilize iSTAT for point-of-care creatinine testing when indicated.
• Communicate with patients using AIDET; ensure correct exam is performed.
• Prepare patient and equipment; position and set exposure factors accordingly.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and sterile techniques for invasive procedures.
