Job summary

USPI Golden Ridge Surgery Center is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee inventory control, ordering of medical supplies, receiving, stocking, and supporting the surgical team according to facility policies.

The role requires working weekdays only, with possible early mornings or later evenings based on the surgical schedule; salary range provided and schedule subject to change. Must maintain safety and quality standards in peri-operative care.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; CST or six months experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in materials management in an OR setting.
• Familiar with OSHA and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Orders and maintains medical inventory; coordinates supply delivery.
• Performs quarterly inventory accounting.
• Ensures proper invoicing and paperwork for BOM and Administrator.
• Supports the surgical team and adheres to center policies.
• Maintains Hazardous Materials logs and safety protocols.
• Assists in OR as needed and follows staffing policies.
• Keeps management informed of day-to-day operations.
