Job summary

Frisco Medical Center LLP is seeking an OR Manager to lead surgical services, coordinating scrub and circulator roles, and aligning operations with policies and JCAHO standards. You will oversee daily schedules, assist with problem-solving, and manage projects for the department.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with a current Texas license, CPR certification, and at least five years of surgery experience; leadership and independent decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years’ experience in surgery.
• Two years’ experience as a service coordinator or charge position preferred.
• Current Texas RN License.
• Certified in CPR.
• Independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
