Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months healthcare work experience preferred.
• Prior experience with sterile processing or operating room support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open sterile packs, instruments, and supplies for operating room procedures.
• Prepare and secure equipment needs for procedures.
• Operate flash sterilizer according to protocol.
• Transport specimens, supplies, and equipment to the OR as directed.
• Assist in patient transport to/from the operating room and respond to patient needs within scope.
