Job summary

A healthcare institution is seeking experienced Float Pool OR Registered Nurses to join their team. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of operating room experience, the ability to scrub and circulate, and comfort working across various specialties in a dynamic environment. The position offers flexible scheduling with various shift options and the opportunity to work in several locations within UNC Health. This is a per diem position with an hourly pay range of $35.58 to $54.42.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of strong OR experience.
• Should be licensed as a RN in North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent clinical nursing care across multiple hospitals.
• Participate in evaluating patient care and implementing plans.
• Assist in the development of goals to promote professional growth.
