Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
• One (1) year of relevant and current experience required.

• Education - Participates in identifying and meeting learning needs of self.
• Evaluation of Care - Identifies expected patient outcomes and contributes to plan of care.
• Implementation - Delivers competent care for patients with complex needs and prioritizes care.
• Leadership - Supports department goals and interprofessional collaboration.
• Patient Assessment - Recognizes data to determine priorities and discharge planning needs.
