Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing.
• RN licensure in Texas required.
• BLS on day one; ACLS and PALS within three months; TNCC within eighteen months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop/implement care plans.
• Evaluate outcomes using the nursing process to ensure quality.
• Uphold professional standards to provide safe, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with the care team and attend mandatory meetings.
