Golden Plains Community Hospital is seeking a full-time Assistant RN Director for the OR/DSU department. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing.
• Currently registered in Texas as an RN.
• BLS required by first day of employment; ACLS and PALS required within three months; TNCC required by eighteen months.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate outcomes using the nursing process to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Lead and supervise OR/DSU nursing staff.
