Memorial Hermann Rockets Orthopedic Hospital seeks an RN Clinical Manager for the Operating Room to lead daily OR operations, staffing, and patient care delivery. The role focuses on supervising OR staff, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring safety and quality standards across the unit.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in the OR with at least 1 year in a supervisory/management role, plus BLS/ACLS/PALS and Texas RN licensure. Magnet designation experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Three or more years experience in the operating room.
• Minimum one year experience in a supervisory or management role.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
• Active Texas nursing license or compact license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily OR operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to meet patient care goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and service standards.
• Mentor and develop OR staff; participate in performance reviews.
• Oversee patient care processes, policies, and budgetary requirements.
