Park Nicollet Health Services in Minnesota is seeking an OR Circulator RN to join the surgical team. The RN-Circulator collaborates with patients, families and the care team to deliver safe, high‑quality perioperative care.

The role involves coordinating and supervising care through nursing staff and unlicensed personnel as needed. The position requires an RN with an Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing, Minnesota RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing; minimum of Associate degree/Diploma in Nursing required.
• New grads not considered.
• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License.
• BLS provider status per AHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manages patient care episode in partnership with patients, families, and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Oversees care coordination and supervision of Nursing Assistants and unlicensed personnel as needed.
• Participates in rotating 8-hour day/evening schedule and weekend rotations; participates in holiday rotation.
