Job summary

Methodist Hospital is seeking an Operating Room (OR) Circulator RN to join our Surgical Services team in Minnesota. The RN will manage patient care during procedures, coordinate with clinicians, and ensure safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires a nursing degree, MN RN license, and BLS certification, with active OR circulator experience preferred. Flexible day/evening shifts, weekend rotation, and holiday coverage are included in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing; minimum of Associate degree/Diploma in Nursing required.
• New grads not considered.
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
• BLS provider status per AHA guidelines

Responsibilities

• Oversees and participates in patient care during surgical procedures as OR Circulator.
• Coordinates and communicates with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
• Rotates day/evening shifts and participates in weekend and holiday coverage as required.
• Maintains compliance with OR policies and perioperative standards.
