Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Oregon is seeking a Registered Nurse to participate with the Health Care Team during the inter-operative phase, delivering high-quality, population-based care aligned with our mission and values.

The RN will assess, plan, direct, provide and evaluate nursing care, coordinating with ASC professionals to ensure continuity of care, patient safety, and excellent customer experience. Minimum 2 years of RN experience and an active Oregon license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years.
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon) and Basic Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, provide and evaluate nursing care during the inter-operative phase and coordinate care activities with other ASC professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Participate in clinic and nursing Quality Assurance Programs and ongoing professional development.
