Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Portland, OR is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide inter-operative nursing care within the operating room. Qualifications

• Must have RN license in Oregon and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Minimum two years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five years.
• Two years of experience circulating in inpatient or ambulatory surgery setting within the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Complies with shift, unit and organizational policies and procedures including reliability and attendance standards.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and organizational records (HIPAA).
• Promotes collaboration with the health care team and participates in staff meetings.
• Delivers and evaluates nursing care during the inter-operative phase and coordinates care activities with ASC professionals.
• Documents relevant information according to policy and procedure.
