Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Circulator to provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures at the Center.

The RN Circulator collaborates with surgeons and health‑care professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, and current CPR/ACLS certifications, with at least one year of OR experience; orthopedic surgical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN license.
• CPR and ACLS required.
• Minimum 1 year in the OR.
• Orthopedic surgery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient throughout the surgical process.
• Manages monitoring equipment, fluids, tubes, drains and catheters as needed.
• Exercises good judgement in nursing actions and handles emergencies effectively.
• Keeps CPR/PALS/ACLS certifications current.
• Makes independent clinical decisions regarding nursing care and communicates with the team.
• Demonstrates teamwork and uses time efficiently.
