Job summary

USPI Arizona Specialty Hospital is hiring an OR RN full time to provide nursing care during surgery cases and assist with patient positioning, prepping, and circulation. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, multitask, and uphold infection control standards while working within a multidisciplinary team.

The role focuses on caring for surgical patients through inpatient stays under RN supervision, at a state-of-the-art orthopedic/spinal surgery facility in Maricopa County.

Responsibilities

• The Operating Room RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
• Responsible for helping our surgical patients through their inpatient stay, providing basic care needs, under the direction of a RN.
