Job summary

Paycom is seeking an Operating Room Circulator RN in Salinas, California. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure sterile instruments, patient safety, and high-quality perioperative care.

The role requires an active California RN license, a minimum of two years as an OR Circulating Nurse, and active BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications. CNOR is preferred. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in CA.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years of OR Circulating Nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the operating room and ensuring all equipment is sterile and functional.
• Assessing patients before surgery and proper positioning on the table.
• Communicating with the surgical team throughout procedures.
• Monitoring vital signs and patient responses during surgery.
• Documenting patient care accurately and timely.
• Administering medications as directed by the surgical team.
