Ashton North LLC in Rutherfordton, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse, Operating Room Circulator. Standard shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 1-2 on-call shifts weekly, require a 30-minute call-back response time.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with NC endorsement.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surgery and Operating Room Circulation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to uphold patient safety.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support seamless operational flow.
• Provide age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for superior patient outcomes.
