Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer skills including PeopleSoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and web-based software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case cart picking for procedural supplies in Operating Room inventory locations.
• Support clinicians during procedures, including RN Circulators, Scrub Techs, and Physicians.
• Perform audits and reconciliation after cases to ensure proper documentation and inventory control.
• Assist with inventory optimization to minimize stockouts and overstock.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the Epic Medical Record during procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure all preference card products are available prior to surgeries.
