Job summary

Working at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital on Centre Street, the technician will ensure equipment readiness, maintain sterile environments, and uphold infection-control standards in perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months hospital experience required; anesthesia tech experience preferred.
• No substitution of experience for education allowed.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia team during perioperative care.
• Attach vital signs and monitoring devices to patients.
• Collaborate with surgical team for patient positioning.
• Prepare and assist with intubation under supervision.
• Ensure safe transfer of patients to PACU and maintain equipment.
